About Rethink Therapy

At Rethink Therapy you get a safe space for reflection, understanding and change.
We offer individual therapy and coaching based on cognitive behavioral therapy, a method that helps you understand the connection between thoughts, feelings and actions, and create lasting change in your life.

At Rethink, you will meet a therapist who is a nurse with further training in cognitive behavioral therapy. The work is professionally rooted, humane and safe – and is based on good experiences and feedback from previous clients. The goal is not only to relieve symptoms, but to prevent them from getting worse.
We believe in early help, honest conversations and small, realistic steps that actually last.

Rethink Therapy is for those who want to understand themselves better, deal with stress, anxiety or low self-esteem, process difficult experiences or find meaning and balance in everyday life.

🌱 Rethink means to see things anew – to stop, reflect, and choose a new direction.

💬 How we work

  • The conversations take place digitally via a secure platform.

  • You determine the pace and topics we explore

  • Together we find tools that fit your everyday life.

  • You can choose single lessons or follow-up over time.

Rethink's conversations are safe, honest and practical. We start by exploring what you want help with, and together we create a plan that makes sense for you.

We use principles from cognitive behavioral therapy and coaching – always in a down-to-earth and understandable way.

Between classes, you will often be given small reflection tasks or exercises that help you use what you learn in everyday life.

The goal is not just insight, but lasting change – so that you get tools you can use even after therapy is over.

☀️ Who we help

Many who come to Rethink describe that they have “endured a long time alone”.

Some struggle with anxiety, restlessness, or low self-esteem. Others carry experiences that have left their mark, or are in the midst of life changes that are draining their energy.

Common to all is the desire to understand themselves better, gain more peace of mind, and build strength and security in everyday life.

You don't need a diagnosis to get help – just a desire to get better.

💭 Our approach to therapy

We believe in collaboration rather than blanket answers, and that change happens when you are met with safety, honesty and respect.

Therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about understanding yourself better, so that you can relate differently to what is difficult.

We emphasize early help, realistic goals, and small, concrete steps in the right direction. The goal is not perfection, but movement – at your pace.

You don't have to go through this alone – get in touch.

You don't need to know everything before you start. It starts with a conversation.
