Professional therapy that meets you where you are.
Rethink Therapy

🪷 Our focus
At Rethink Therapy, we offer adolescents and adults personalized and research-based therapy and coaching, based on cognitive behavioral therapy.
Through cognitive behavioral therapy, we help you understand and change patterns in thoughts, feelings, and actions - so you can live a more meaningful life with better mental health and inner balance.
Anxiety, restlessness
and overthinking
When thoughts take over.
Anxiety and restlessness can feel all-consuming – as if your body and mind are living a life of their own. Together we can find out what triggers the restlessness, and work on building security and calm – one step at a time.
Addiction and self-regulation
When habits take over.
Addiction is rarely just about habits – it is often about emotions, stress or pain. The goal is to explore patterns, find causes and build new strategies that give you more freedom and control in your everyday life.
Bad experiences and
trauma
When the past still affects you.
Some experiences stay in the body, even as life moves on. In a safe environment, we can explore what is stuck, understand how it affects you, and gradually build trust and strength again.
Self-esteem
and relationships
When you want to be more confident in yourself
We look at how thought patterns and past experiences affect your self-image. You learn to set boundaries, reduce self-criticism and build a secure relationship with yourself and others.
Stress
and life changes
When the pressure becomes too great over time, the body lets you know. Here we explore what drains you of energy, and find strategies to create more calm, boundaries and balance in your everyday life.

About cognitive behavioral therapy
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based treatment method that helps people understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, body, and actions.
Research shows that CBT is one of the most effective forms of therapy for, among other things, anxiety disorders, depression, low self-esteem, stress, trauma, addiction and eating disorders.
Many mental illnesses are maintained by automatic thoughts and unhelpful patterns – which we often don't notice.
In cognitive therapy, you learn to recognize these patterns, question them, and gradually change how you think and react in situations that previously created stress or anxiety.
The approach is structured, collaborative, and practical, with concrete tools you can use between classes.
The goal is to create lasting change – not just symptom relief – so that you gain a better understanding of yourself and greater freedom in everyday life.
When should you seek help?
Seeking help is not about “being sick,” but about taking care of yourself in a timely manner.
Many people wait too long, until things feel overwhelming. You can get here earlier!
It may be time to talk to someone when:
• Your thoughts are racing and you can't find peace.
• You feel drained, overwhelmed or lose motivation
• You place unreasonable demands on yourself
• You carry experiences that you can't quite put behind you.
• You lack joy, meaning or direction in your everyday life

You don't have to go through this alone – get in touch.
You don't need to know everything before you start. It starts with a conversation.
