About Rethink Therapy

Rethink Therapy was created with a desire to make mental health help more accessible, honest and preventive.

Many people wait until life feels overwhelming before seeking support – but change often starts long before that.

At Rethink, it's about stopping, understanding patterns in thoughts, feelings and actions, and looking at them with new eyes. Small changes can lead to big shifts when made with awareness and support.

💭 Our approach to therapy

We believe in collaboration rather than blanket answers, and that change happens when you are met with safety, honesty and respect.

Therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about understanding yourself better, so that you can relate differently to what is difficult.

We emphasize early help, realistic goals, and small, concrete steps in the right direction. The goal is not perfection, but movement – at your pace.

💬 How we work

  • Sessions take place online via a secure platform

  • You set the pace and the themes we explore

  • Together we find tools that actually fit your everyday life

  • You can choose single sessions or ongoing support over time

Conversations at Rethink are safe, honest and practical. We start by exploring what you would like support with, and together we create a plan that makes sense for you.

We use principles from cognitive behavioural approaches and coaching, always in a grounded and understandable way.

Between sessions, you may receive small reflection tasks or exercises to help you apply what you’re learning in your daily life.

The goal is not just insight, but lasting change – so that you have tools you can keep using long after our work together has ended.

☀️ Who we help

Many who come to Rethink describe that they have “endured a long time alone”.

Some struggle with anxiety, restlessness, or low self-esteem. Others carry experiences that have left their mark, or are in the midst of life changes that are draining their energy.

Common to all is the desire to understand themselves better, gain more peace of mind, and build strength and security in everyday life.

You don't need a diagnosis to get help – just a desire to get better.

You don't have to go through this alone – get in touch.

You don't need to know everything before you start. It starts with a conversation.
