What can you expect?

2. Between classes

Change often happens between conversations – in small moments in everyday life.


That's why you sometimes get small reflection tasks or exercises that help you try out what we're talking about in practice.


This could be noticing thoughts, practicing setting boundaries, or observing how you react in different situations.

These tasks are never requirements – but tools you can use to empower yourself.

1. First call

The first hour is about getting to know each other and understanding what you want help with. We look at what is bothering you the most right now, and what you want to achieve.

Together we will create a plan that suits you – without pressure or ready-made solutions.

Many people find that even the first hour provides clarity and hope.

4. Tools and method

We work mainly based on principles of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), combined with elements from coaching and mindfulness.


This means that we explore the connection between thoughts, feelings and actions, and look at how you can influence them in new ways.

I emphasize making the therapy concrete and understandable. No theory without you seeing how it can be applied in your own life.

3. The conversation as a safe arena

The conversations take place at your pace.
Sometimes we go straight to specific strategies, other times you need to understand and sort first.


I believe in honesty and safety, and that therapy must be a place where you can say things you can't always say elsewhere.

If you are going through a difficult time, you can always contact us. We are not available 24/7, but we respond as soon as we can, so you get support when you need it most.

5. Towards the end of the course

Towards the end of the therapy, we look back at what has changed and what tools you want to take with you going forward.


Some want a maintenance session every now and then, others feel ready to stand on their own two feet.


Both parts are exactly as they should be – the goal is for you to feel more confident in yourself.

6. A process you own

At Rethink, you are not a “patient” – you are a human being in process.


We work together, at your pace, with respect for who you are and the life you live.


Therapy is not a quick fix, but a journey – and every step counts.

Saturday: 08:00 - 18:00

Sunday: 10:00 - 15:00
